This page lists what Ollo collects when you use ollosdk.com and the Ollo SDK, and why. Ollo runs on-device: camera frames, video, images and blink or other behavioural signals never leave the machine.
Your account
- Your email address, and your password, which is stored only as a hash.
- What you tell us when you start: your kind of studio, engine, game title and team size.
- Your plan: which one, its status and when it ends.
Machines you sign in
When you sign in from your editor, the SDK sends:
- the machine's name and operating system
- the editor or app signing in, and the Ollo version
- an identifier for the machine, derived from the operating system's own id so that the raw id never leaves it
We keep these for each signed-in machine, with the IP address the request came from, the IP address of the browser that approved it, and when. The approval page shows you what the machine reported before you approve.
A signed-in machine checks in at least once a week, to get a signed timestamp and renew its license. We record which machine checked in, from which IP address, and when. That record is also how we notice one seat being used on many machines.
Games you export
When an export is stamped, we record the game's id and name, the Ollo version, the target platform, the IP address of the machine or build server that asked, and when. This is the list under Games & builds on your dashboard.
For a build token we keep its label, its first few characters and when it was last used. The token itself is stored only as a hash.
Paying
Subscriptions are sold through Stripe. Your card, billing name and address go to Stripe on its own checkout page and never reach us. We keep your plan, its status and renewal date, and the ids Stripe gives your customer record and subscription. Invoices and receipts come from Stripe.
Telemetry
If telemetry is on, the SDK sends performance metrics (FPS, latency, load times), feature usage (integrations, config flags) and error diagnostics. Each event carries an identifier for the machine derived from its license, and is tied to that license. Telemetry is off until you turn it on, with Share anonymous usage data in Ollo's panel in your editor, and you can turn it off there at any time without losing any functionality. Exported games never send any.
Your players
Nothing. A shipped game checks its build stamp offline and sends nothing to Ollo. We collect no player data of any kind.
This website
Public pages, such as the home page and the docs, use Google Analytics to count page views. The login, sign-up, dashboard and sign-in approval pages don't load it.
Who handles it
Vercel serves this website. Supabase hosts accounts, the database and the services the SDK talks to. Stripe takes payments. Google receives the analytics above.
Why
- to sign machines in and keep to your plan's seats
- to stamp your exports and show you your games and builds
- to spot misuse, such as a shared seat or a stamp copied into someone else's game
- to improve Ollo, through telemetry and page views
Your choices
Sign a machine out from your dashboard at any time, and revoke build tokens there too. To have your account and its records deleted, or for any question about your data, contactsupport@25thr.com.
