1. Overview

The Ollo SDK is an early-access, experimental developer toolkit. By downloading or using it, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the SDK.

2. Early Access & Beta Disclaimer

The SDK is in active development. Features may change, break, or be removed. Performance and accuracy may vary between hardware and environments. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and the SDK is provided “as is” during this beta period.

3. License

You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the SDK for prototyping, development, and testing.

You may not:

  • redistribute the SDK as your own,
  • reverse-engineer core models or internals,
  • use the SDK for harmful or deceptive applications.

Commercial use requires written approval.

4. Privacy & Data Collection

The SDK runs on-device. By default, it may send lightweight, anonymized telemetry in beta builds for the purpose of improving performance and signal accuracy in beta builds.

What we collect:

  • performance metrics (FPS, latency, load times)
  • anonymous feature usage (integrations, config flags)
  • error and crash diagnostics

What we do NOT collect:

  • camera frames, video, or images
  • any identity-related or personal data
  • player data of any kind
  • blink or behavioral signals themselves

Opting Out

Telemetry is optional. You can disable it at any time through the SDK config. Opting out does not affect SDK functionality.

5. Data Ownership

All game data, player state, and in-game logic are entirely your responsibility and ownership. We do not store or process player-facing data.

6. Updates

We may release updates or changes to the SDK. Some updates may be required to maintain compatibility.

7. Liability

You use the SDK at your own risk. We are not liable for any damage, issues, or losses resulting from use or integration of the SDK.

8. Third-Party Licenses

The SDK may include or depend on third-party open-source components and other libraries. These components are licensed separately by their respective authors. Their original licenses and notices are included in the THIRD_PARTY_LICENSES file distributed with the SDK. Your use of these third-party components is subject to the terms of their respective licenses, which take precedence over any conflicting terms in this agreement.
